Since we are a privately-owned local boutique, we are able to offer many special services to our clients that you can only find in a boutique. We provide these services not only to enhance your shopping environment, but also to create a more complete, friendly and enjoyable experience. Some of the special services we provide for you include:
Personal Shoppers: Our style experts are extremely creative and experienced in putting together complete wardrobes for our clients. If you require extra assistance in creating a business wardrobe or finding the right outfits for a vacation, we are happy to spend time choosing the outfits that best-fit your needs. We are delighted to pre-shop and choose outfits to present upon your arrival. Please call ahead so we can schedule one-on-one shopping time that will accommodate your busy schedule. Special Orders: We are always happy to special-order an item for you that we do not have in stock. If we do not have the correct size or color of an item in the boutique, we will do our very best to get it from the designer. If items are available, we will usually have them within 7-10 days. Alterations: We have a superb tailor who can do alterations on just about anything you purchase from our store. Alterations go out every Monday and Thursday and are usually ready by the following week. On items above a certain price, there is no charge for a basic alteration. All other alterations are reasonably-priced. Private Shopping Parties: Wouldn't you love to have a private shopping party for you and your friends or family? This is one special service that you won't find in any other store. We are more-than-happy to offer private shopping hours from 7-9pm, Monday through Friday, if you'd like to host a shopping party. We will take care of the party invitations, as well as provide you and your guests with beverages and tasty snacks while you take your time shopping throughout our boutique. This is an excellent during the holidays when other stores are crowded and busy. It is also a great way to get together with all your friends and get all your shopping done at the same time. Preferred-Client Program: This exclusive program offers you special incentives for shopping with us at Pine Creek. You will receive timely information about fantastic sales and upcoming events.
